摘要
铸铁自身的特有优势使其成为当前国内外轿车凸轮轴生产中广泛应用的材料。介绍了铸铁凸轮轴中各合金元素的作用,并对稀土元素的应用提出了新的研究方向。综述了凸轮轴的常用铸造方法,并对其工艺特点进行了比较。概述了铸铁凸轮轴的表面强化方法和磨削工艺,分析了铸铁凸轮轴的发展前景,并对其今后的研究发展重点进行了简要评述与展望。
The cast iron,due to the superiority in itself,has been the mainstream material in the production of car camshafts all over the world.The functions of alloying agents of cast iron camshafts(CIC) were introduced,and the new research consideration concerning RE application in CIC was presented.The general casting processes of CIC were introduced,and their techniques were compared.The surface peening and the grinding technology were reviewed.The developing trends of CIC were analyzed and the future directions of research were discussed.
