贫珠光体型管线钢带状组织对性能影响研究

摘要 通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对贫珠光体型管线钢的带状组织形貌进行观察,发现带状组织主要出现在钢的厚度中心,以伴有少量M/A相的珠光体带为主。带状组织的形成与成分偏析和TMCP工艺有密切关系,受工艺波动带状组织呈现出不同级别。本文通过对管线钢卷板和钢管的工业生产数据的统计分析,以及不同带状组织级别样品的对比试验,发现带状组织级别与材料强度、冲击功、DWTT剪切面积等力学性能指标无明显相关性,对材料各向异性、制管的包申格效应和落锤断口无明显影响,而对抗HIC性能具有一定影响。 The band microstructures of deficient pearlite pipeline steel were studied by SEM and TEM,and it was found that the band microstructures mainly appeared in the thickness center of steel,and contained pearlite bands with small amount of M/A.The formation of band structures was closely related to the composition segregation and TMCP process,and band microstructure by process fluctuations showed different levels.Combining to industry production and contrast test between different levels,it was also found that the band of different levels had little influence on the anisotropy,bauschinger effect,DWTT facture surface and mechanical property such as strength,Akv and DWTT SA%,but had influence on HIC properties.
