摘要
通过剖析城乡规划行业空间数据生产与应用中存在的主要问题,论述了建立贯通规划调研、规划分析、规划方案设计、规划实施管理各环节的数字规划系统的必要性;阐述了自主研发的基于3S技术集成的数字规划系统的功能与特色;最后介绍了该系统在长株潭城市群生态绿心地区总体规划项目中的应用情况.
.By means of analysis main problems existed in spatial data product and application to urban and rural planning industry,it discussed the necessity of establishment digital planning system through each link of planning research,planning analysis,planning and design,planning and management;it elaborated the function and characteristic of digital planning system based on 3S technology integrated with research and development independent by ourself.Finally it introduced one example,use of the system to master planning for ecological green heart area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban cluster.
