改进炮孔拉槽法在破碎矿柱回采中的应用与实践 被引量:2

摘要 受地压活动的影响,铜坑矿92#矿体大部分矿柱出现了矿岩严重破碎的现象,能否实现这部分破碎矿柱的安全回采,对于提高矿石回收率与安全生产意义重大。破碎矿柱无法沿用常规开掘切割井的方式进行拉槽,通过改进炮孔拉槽法,在矿柱巷道中开凿若干排角度不同的半扇形孔,一次爆破形成切割槽,解决了爆破自由面和补偿空间不足的问题。应用效果表明:采用改进的炮孔拉槽法,可有效形成切割槽,实现破碎矿柱的安全高效回采。 By the influence of the ground pressure activities, the broken ore-rock seriously occurs in most pillars at Tongkeng Mine orebody No. 92. The realization of the safety stoping of broken pillars is of great significance for ore recovery and safety production. Cutting with conventional means of cutting slots is not applicable in broken pillar. By improving blasthole cutting, digging several rows of half fan-shaped hole with different angles, form cutting groove through one-time blasting, solve the problem of space insufficient in free surface and compensation of blasting space. Results show that improved blasthole cutting can form cutting groove effectively, realize the safe and effective stoping in the broken pillars.
