摘要
深圳宝安体育场为目前国内最大的轮辐式空间索桁架结构,具有索的数目多、成形过程结构刚度变化大、成形后索的张力大等特点,是目前最具难度的索工程之一。结合工程特点,对结构成形总体方案的选取、成形过程的仿真模拟、成形过程中结构的稳定性、成形控制等关键问题做了详细分析,为结构张拉施工提供依据。在理论分析基础上,施工时引入大型结构自动化整体移位系统,对36根径向索用72台千斤顶同步张拉。现场施工及测试结果表明:成形方案选取合理,理论分析与实测吻合,大型结构自动化整体移位系统大大提高了张拉效率。
Shenzhen Bao’an Stadium is the largest span spoke cable truss structure in domestic at present.It has the characteristics of large number of cables,huge cable tension,and the stiffness of structure changing much in process of construction.The detailed analysis was performed on a number of key issues encountered in the course of construction,including the form-finding of structure,the comparison of construction schemes,the simulation analysis of construction,the shape forming control,which provide bases for structure construction.The synchronized automatic control pull system was utilized at the stage of construction based on theoretical analysis,and 72 jackings were used at the same time to stretch cables.Test results show that the previous analysis is important and correct,and the synchronized automatic control pull system can enhance the efficiency of stretching greatly.
