摘要 研制具有实验现场感受和接近真实动物实验效果的实景高仿真实验,并建立学生自主实验平台。用数码照相机和摄像机拍摄实验现场、仪器设备、实验操作、实验对象运动并制作成与实验现场一致的仿真实验场景、实验操作和实验对象动画,采用真实的实验数据作为仿真实验数据,用VB合成场景和数据。研制成与动物实验的步骤(除手术、标本制备外)、实验处理、对象反应、仪器、数据测量分析完全相同的33项实景高仿真实验。 Developing a virtual simulation experiments software that would make user feel as if he was conducting an experiment on the animal in a real laboratory,enhancing the quality of instruction,and improving the effect of teaching through building an experimental platform for students to design and practice experiments by themselves should be done.The software includes 33 virtual simulation experiments,the environment,the equipment,the movement of tissue in every virtual simulation experiment which is like real one because it was made by its photo or video and the data is based on the real experimental data.So,except the operation on animals,everything in virtual simulation experiment is the same with the real.After the software was used for experimental teaching and students' self-study in the experiments of physiological sciences,the quality of experimental instruction is enhanced,the efficiency of teaching is increased,and the benefit of environment and economy is achieved.
