摘要
分析了当前高校大型仪器设备开放共享管理实践中存在的问题,并就如何有效促进高校大型仪器设备的开放与共享、提高高校大型仪器设备的使用效率,提出制定统一的标准、建立规范的管理制度等若干建议。
With the state funding for education and scientific research growing,a rising trend to bring in large scientific instruments can be seen significantly in universities.The current existing problems for open-sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment are discussed.Meanwhile,how to improve the utilization ratio and promote the open-sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities are suggested.
