摘要
针对灭弧室和操动机构的结构特点,以考虑电弧效应的热力学模型为基础,提出了压气式SF6断路器灭弧室与操动机构行程特性仿真方法。通过建立断路器灭弧室数学模型和操动机构仿真模型,实现断路器机械特性和开断特性的仿真分析,并进一步确定断路器灭弧室及操动元件的结构参数,为SF6断路器的设计从经验和试验验证方法向仿真设计方法转变提供了基础。
According to the structure features of arc quenching chamber and operation mechanism,a simulation method for arc quenching chamber and operation mechanism displacement characteristics of SF6 puffer circuit breaker is proposed.By building up a numerical model of arc quenching chamber and a simulation model of operation mechanism for a circuit breaker,the simulation and analysis of mechanical and breaking characteristics are realized,and the structure parameters of arc quenching chamber and operation components are achieved.The proposed method may provide a basis for the conversion of design method of SF6 circuit breaker from experience and experimental validation to simulation.
