摘要
如何较准确地在概念设计阶段估算成本并及时反馈给设计人员,目前,人们只从理论上提出了多元回归分析、神经网络等方法,缺乏成本与设计协同起来的业务运作集成环境,也缺乏实际的技术平台。以参数化设计软件为技术平台,建立参数化的建筑信息模型BIM,利用其编程接口(API)或开放式数据库连接(ODBC)等方式,将工具软件、数据库、功能分析软件、决策模块等进行集成,构建成本与设计协同的运作环境,使得成本估算的理论方法得以真正进入设计流程,具有了实用性。
The accurate cost estimation in the conceptual design phase and its timely feedback to designers is important.At present,people only theoretically proposed methods such as multiple regression analysis and neural networks,while lacking of environment integrating cost and design,as well as actual technology platform.Then,it can use parametric design software as a technology platform,establish parameterized BIM building information model,and make use of its programming interface(API)or open database connectivity(ODBC)to integrate tools,software,databases,function analysis software and decision analysis software modules,create a construction costs and design collaborative environment, finally make applying methods of cost estimation theory to the design process.
