摘要 目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化连钱草总三萜酸的最佳工艺条件及参数。方法以各种浓度梯度的乙醇洗脱后,以紫外分光光度法测定连钱草总三萜酸收率和纯度。结果采用AB-8型大孔树脂进行吸附,在pH=6的条件下用70%乙醇80 mL洗脱,对连钱草总三萜酸进行纯化效果最佳。结论该方法可为工业纯化连钱草总三萜酸提供理论依据。 Objective To explore the optimal condition for purification of total triterpenoidic acid from Longtube Ground Ivy Herb with macroporous resin. Methods Gradient solution of alcohol was used to elute total triterpenoidic acid absorbed on macroporous resin guided by the purification degree and recovery rate with UV-spectrophotometric method. Results The best way for purification of total triterpenoidic acid was obtained by using AB-8 type macroporous resin as absorption agent and 80 mL 70% ethanol pH 6 as an eluent. Conclusion The method is the basis for industrial purificaiton of total triterpenoidic acid from Longtube Ground Ivy Herb.
