摘要
目的制备长效环孢素A微球。方法以聚乳酸为基质,采用乳化-挥发法制备,正交设计优化制备工艺。结果优选制备工艺的重复性良好,环孢素A微球平均粒径为(84.6±3.4)μm,跨距为(0.68±0.13)μm,载药量为20.1%±1.2%,包封率为92.6%±2.7%。结论该处方和制备工艺合理可行。
Objective To prepare sustained-release cyclosporin A(CyA) microspheres.Methods CyA/Polylactic acid(PLA) microspheres were prepared by emulsion-evaporation method using polylactic acid as matrix.The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the procedure of preparation.Results The preparation reproducibility was good.The particle size and span of microspheres were(84.6 ±3.4) μm and(0.68±0.13) μm,respectively.And drug loading content and entrapment efficiency were 20.1%±1.2% and 92.6%±2.7%,respectively.Conclusion The proposal prescription and preparation procedure is rational and feasible.
