摘要
随着电力市场的深化改革,电厂投资可控成本逐年压缩,如何利用有限的资源建设高品质的工程是个值得研究的课题。四大管道作为电厂的主要高温高压管道,其材料的选择及安装质量不仅直接影响电厂建设的投资,而且还关系到机组运行的可靠性与经济性。文章对四大管道材料进行技术经济比较,并结合以往工程安装情况,从设计的角度对工厂化加工的配合过程提出建议,以供参考。
As deepening reform of electric power market, controllable cost of investment in power plant is reduced year by year. Construction of high quality project with limited resource is the topic to study. The four pipelines are considered as the main high temperature and high pressure pipelines in the power plant, its material selection and installation quality not only influences the construction investment, but also relates to the reliability and economical efficiency of unit operation. Based on the technical and economic comparison of four pipelines and combined with the past installation, on the view of design, suggestions for the coordination process of factory- prefabrication are provided for reference only.
