摘要
随着医疗卫生事业的不断发展，医院感染管理问题日益突出。由于基层医院的规模、条件不同和医护人员对医院感染管理问题认识的差异等。医院感染管理工作中也发现了诸多问题。所以在现阶段基层医疗体制改革的进程中，如何做好监测仪器、设备较差、人员素质较低的基层医院感染管理工作，是基层各医疗机构必须认真解决的重要课题。
Along with the unceasing development of medical, hospital infection management issues have become increasingly prominent. Because basic level hospital size, different conditions and medical staff in hospital infection management problem awareness of the differences, the hospital infection management also discovered many problems. So at the present stage of primary health care system in the process of reform, how to do a good job of monitoring instruments and equipment, personnel quality is poor, the lower level of hospital infection management, grassroots medical institutions must seriously address the important issue.
