新型直流侧串联型有源电力滤波器 被引量:4

摘要 针对广泛应用的整流类负荷的谐波治理,提出一种单相输出电压可调的新型直流侧有源电力滤波器。从理论上分析了该拓扑的工作原理和电路的瞬时功率流向,从储能电容的不间断充放电过程中,计算出负载所需的无功功率。与传统的直流侧有源电力滤波相比,该拓扑具有调压范围广、储能电容充放电速度快、储能电容容值小的优点;且2个全控开关工作在同一频率下,使控制电路和驱动电路得到简化,控制成本降低。根据所选取的参数对主电路进行仿真,仿真结果表明电源输入电流谐波得到了良好的补偿,基本实现了单位功率因数的目的,且在负载突变时,系统能够快速进入新的稳态,验证了所提出的新型拓扑的可行性与正确性。 A kind of DC-side single-phase series APF with adjustable output voltage is proposed for the harmonic treatment of rectifier load.Its working principle and instantaneous power flow are analyzed theoretically and the compensating reactive power needed by load is calculated during the charge / discharge of capacitor energy process.Compared with traditional DC-side APF,the proposed APF has the advantages of wide voltage-regulation range,fast capacitor charge/discharge speed and small capacitor.As two controlled switches are driven by same high-frequency signal,the control circuit is simple and the cost reduced.The main circuit with selected parameters is simulated and results show that,the harmonics of input current are well compensated,the unity power factor is realized and system approaches to new steady-state quickly when load changes suddenly,verifying the correctness and feasibility of the proposed topology.
