摘要
500kV系统保护按串进行智能化改造,先同步改造开关保护与线路(主变)保护,最后改造500 kV母差保护,可提高改造过程中的供电可靠性、减少运行操作量;通过在边开关智能化保护中同时配置传统开关量输入/输出功能、GOOSE报文传输功能的方法,在过渡过程中采用传统开关量输入/输出功能与传统母差保护配合,母差保护完成智能化改造后启用GOOSE报文传输功能,以保证改造过程中继电保护设备可靠工作。
The retrofitting scheme for protection device intelligentization of 500 kV substation is proposed.The switch protections and line(main transformer) protections are synchronously reformed first and 500 kV bus differential protection reformation is followed,which increases the power supply reliability and decreases operations during retrofitting.The binary inputs / outputs and GOOSE communication are equipped in the intelligent side-switch protections during protection retrofitting for the reliable coordination between traditional bus differential protection and intelligent switch protection with the binary inputs / outputs.When the retrofitting is completed,both protections apply the GOOSE messages.
