摘要
根据平行双螺旋榨油机工作性能要求,确定了其合理的传动方案,设计了传动系统中可变速减速器,并用三维软件创建了虚拟样机。依据实际工作条件对虚拟样机进行仿真分析,仿真结果与理论设计一致,满足工作要求,缩短了样机试制和投产时间,具有很好的借鉴意义。
In this paper,determine the reasonable transmission project of a parallel twin-screw oil press in term of its working and property demands.Design the variable-speed reducer in transmission systems and creat its virtual prototype by using 3D software.Simulate and anslyse the virtual prototype under the practical working conditon,the result is accordant with theory design and meet the working requests.The process reduce the periods of making physical prototype and formal production,which is significant.
