摘要
为解决小型农用车起步、重载荷爬坡等过程中功率不足及冒黑烟问题,设计了一种小型柴油机电动增压装置。系统由压气机和低压直流高速电机构成,电机可无级调速,由车载24V电源供电,设计在瞬态工况下临时工作。为此,在实验的基础上进行理论设计,确定了增压系统参数以及增压装置主要尺寸等。该系统可临时提高小型柴油机的输出功率和扭矩,降低排放烟度。
The electric turbocharger was designed for temporary power shortage of small agricultural vehicles.Such as Started and climbed with heavy loads and otherwise.Its system composed of the compressor and the DC low-voltage high-speed motor.The ES system is powered by a 24-voltage bat-tery on board and does not consume too much power due to its short running time.Then try to Determine the supercharge system's parameter by experiment.calculate the parameter of the system.And the primary measurement.The electric turbocharger can increase the power,torque output of the diesel engine,and reduce the smoke emission soot.
