摘要 近年来,适应性指挥控制组织设计已经成为指挥控制领域的研究热点之一。分析了指挥控制组织设计的理论和方法,包括计算数学组织理论、Agent组织模型、Petri网、系统工程技术等,归纳总结相关技术的各自优势和不足之处。特别针对适应性和鲁棒性分析、组织测试、组织结构和任务计划识别3个指挥组织设计研究的新动向进行了细致阐述,指出了各研究领域方向的发展趋势,对开展指挥控制组织设计研究具有一定的指导意义。 The adaptive Command and Control(C2) organizational design becomes one of the hotspots in recent years.The theory and method of C2 organizational design was analyzed,including computational mathematics organization theory,agent organizational model,petri net,and system engineering technology.The advantages and shortages of each technology were summarized.The three new research orientations in organizational design were expatiated,including adaptability and robustness analysis,organizational test,organizational structure and mission plan identification.The further development tendency on each research orientation was discussed.It is meaningful to the investigation of command and control organizational design for the future.
