摘要
建立测定桂花叶中多糖含量的方法。采用苯酚-硫酸法,分别考察该方法的测定波长、精密度、准确度及稳定性。结果表明,测定波长为490nm,多糖得率达11.35%,线性方程为Y=8.82012*X-0.13,线性相关系数r=0.9997,精密度为RSD%=2.28%(n=6),平均标准回收率为98.55%。该方法为桂花叶多糖的测定提供了一种快速简便的技术。
The assay of detenninatien of polysaccharide cootent in leaves of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. was built. By phenol-sulfuric method, determination wavelength, preeision, aeeuraey and stability were discussed. The results showed that the measure wavelength was 490 nm, the polysaecharide content of leaves of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. was an average of 11.35% ,The linear equation was Y = 8.82012X - 0.13, and the eorrelation eoeffieientwas0. 999 7.RSD was 2.28%(n=6) and the avenge recovery was 98.55%.This method provided a quick and convenient technique for the determination of polysaeeharide from leaves of Osmanthus fragrans Lour.
