摘要
介绍了利用含钒炭质页岩提钒尾渣生产水泥、墙体砖、微晶玻璃、陶粒、瓷砖、保温材料、橡胶填料以及路面基层材料等各种材料的资源化利用研究现状。提出了在含钒炭质页岩提钒尾渣资源化利用研究时,应首先考虑提取尾渣中有价成分,充分考虑尾渣的物质组成,优先选择能够大量利用尾渣的产品方案,重点注意尾渣放射性核素对资源化利用产品的影响,以及对尾渣浸出毒性物质的稳定化处理。
Research status on comprehensive utilization of extracted vanadium trailings of navajoite of carbon shale manufactures all kinds of material such as cement, wall brick, microcrystalline glass, ce- ramsite, ceramic tile, fillerofrubber and pavement base materials etc are introduced. It is put forward that we should take into account to extract the valuable element in the trailings firstly, consider its material constituent adequately, give preference to select the products scheme of making use of the lots of trailings, pay high attention to the effects of its radioactive nuclide to the comprehensive utili- zation products and stabilizing treatment to its leaching-out toxicity material.
