从镍氢电池正极酸浸液中萃取分离镍钴 被引量:11

摘要 考察了萃取剂用量、萃取剂皂化率、相比、萃取时间及pH等因素对从镍氢电池正极酸浸液中萃取分离钴镍的影响。试验结果表明:以8%Cyanex272+92%煤油为萃取剂,在pH=5.0、有机相皂化率70%、Vo∶Va=1∶1、萃取时间3min、温度25℃条件下,钴萃取率达90%左右,Ni萃取率只有1%左右,二者分离效果较好,工艺运行稳定。 Influences of extractant dosage, saponification rate, phase ratio, extraction time and pH on separation of cobalt and nickel from Ni-MH battery anode acidic leaching liquor were examined. The distribution of Ni and Co in Cyanex272 was studied. Experimental results showed that optimized process conditions for separating Ni & Co from the solution were 8 % Cyanex272 + 92 % kerosene, pH of 5.2,saponification rate of 70%,Vo : Va of 1 : 1,extraction time of 3 min,temperature of 25 ℃. At the conditions,the extraction rate of cobalt and nickel were about 90% and 1% ,respectively.
