摘要
通过测定变叶木叶片在幼年、中年及老年三个时期叶绿素含量,发现变叶木叶片中叶绿素含量随着叶龄的增加而递减;分析三个时期叶片结构表明,随着叶龄增加,变叶木叶片结构中呈红色的表皮细胞增多。由此可以判定变叶木的呈色主要是其叶片表皮红色细胞增多。
The contents of chlorophyll in the leaves of Codiaeum variegatum were measured in three periods (young, middle and old age). The result showed that the contents of chlorophyll reduced with the increase of the leaf age. And the analysis of the leaf structure in three periods indicated that there were red cells in epidermal cells, and the red cells increased with the increase of the leaf age. Therefore, it can be concluded that the coloration of Codiaeum variegatum is mainly due to the increased red cells among their leaf epidermis.
