摘要
大学生评教有利于教师教学工作的改进,但评教过程中的失真现象又会刺伤教师的积极性,因而寻找失真的方面和原因所在,从而更好地克服失真现象是教学管理的重要任务。从对湖南S大学的问卷调查我们发现,评教失真主要体现在认知性失真、时效性失真、机制性失真、通道型失真等方面,在科学设置评教体系的基础上实行形成性评教和终极性评教相结合是有效的改进手段。
It is beneficial for college students to make an evaluation of the teaching performance, but the evaluation distortion will hurt teachers' initiative. Therefore, to find out the causes behind the phenomenon becomes an important task of teaching management. The paper makes a case study on students in Hunan University through questionnaire and finds that the evaluation distortion happens due to fails in cognition, effectiveness, mechanism and channels. Effective measures such as formative evaluation and final evaluation should be combined.
