高血压脑出血患者脑源性神经营养因子水平变化及其与神经功能的相关性研究 被引量:1

Blood and cerebrospinal fluid levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and their correlation with recovery of neurological functions

摘要 采用ELISA法检测30例高血压脑出血患者(观察组,因检测时间点不同而分为M1、M2亚组),30名正常人(对照组)血液和脑脊液中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的含量;用美国国立卫生院神经功能评分量表(NIHSS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、日常生活能力Barthel指数对观察组患者按不同的时间点(发病后≤7d,发病后≥21d)进行评分。结果显示高血压脑出血患者恢复期血液和脑脊液BDNF显著高于急性期患者和对照组(P〈0.05);血液和脑脊液BDNF含量与出院时神经功能缺损程度呈显著负相关(P〈0.05)。脑脊液或血液中的BDNF对高血压脑出血患者神经功能的恢复具有促进作用。 Brain-derived neurotropic factor (BDNF) contents in blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were detected by ELISA method in 30 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ( HCH group) and 30 healthy subjects ( control group). The performance and neurological functions of patients were evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Barthel Index of Daily Living Skills. The result showed that the contents of BDNF in blood and CSF of HCH patients in reeovery stage were significantly higher than those in acute stage and those of control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the contents of BDNF in blood and CSF were negatively eorrelated with neurological impairment degree ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The results suggest that BDNF in the blood or the CSF may promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
