摘要
本文简要分析了教师专业发展评价概念的产生,对其包括的主要内容:教师的专业素质评价、教学工作评价、专业精神评价、科研能力评价做了较为详细的解析,并对促进教师专业发展评价的有效实施提出几点建议。
This article briefly analyzes the formation of the concept of teacher professional development evaluation.And it makes a detailed explanation of its connotation,including the evaluation of professional quality,teaching work,professional spirit,and scientific research ability.Finally,it comes up with some suggestions on promoting effective implementation of teacher professional development evaluation.
