摘要
随着中国高等教育进入大众化阶段,高校中的青年教职工比例迅速增加,做好其思想政治工作对实现高校的根本任务具有重要意义。但目前高校青年教职工中存在着一些问题,如理想信念淡薄、价值观多元化、个人修养不足、工作责任心不强、合作创新意识欠缺等。为此,应构建青年教职工思想政治工作体系,建立健全"教书育人、管理育人、服务育人"的规章制度和评价体系,"以人为本"开展工作,以加强高校青年教职工思想政治工作,为实现高校的持续快速发展提供强有力的保证。
The percentage of young in total amount of staff is rising rapidly with Chinese higher education approaching the stage of popularization. So it has become important for achieving the university's primary target to have the ideological and political work of young staff done well. But there are some problems among young staff now, such as the indifference of ideal and belief, multi-division of value orientation, the lack of personal qualities, the weakness of working responsibility, cooperation and innovation, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system of the young staff's ideological and political work, to establish and complete regulations and evaluating system of "educating via teaching, managing and serving", to work based on "people oriented" so as to enhance the ideological and political work of the young staff and to provide powerful guarantee for the universities' continual and rapid development.
