摘要
人力资本的积累对地区的经济增长具有重要作用。从博弈论的视角找出西部地区用人部门和流失人才之间的占优策略,认为应从人才激励保障、人才结构的优化,发展环境的优化等方面着手吸引人才。
Human capital accumulation of region plays an important role in the economic growth.,but a very key factor constrained economic development in the western region is the loss of talent.From the perspective of game theory,this paper plans to analyze the dominant strategy between western region employing department and western outward talent.Based on the above analysis,it proposed some specific measures.Attracting talent should proceed from talent incentive security,optimization of talent structure and western development environment.
