摘要
钻铤因素直接影响着钻柱振动的整体效果。钻铤长度是硬岩钻井中引起钻柱剧烈振动的一方面原因,同时也是解决钻柱振动的主要突破口。文中从钻铤的长度、固有频率、激励来源、钻铤共振及其临界转速、振动的控制等方面对钻柱振动问题进行全面分析论证,以公式的形式给出论证结果,便于钻井工程师们直接应用于生产实践。
The drill collar has a direct effect on the vibration of the drill string. The length of the drill collar is not only one reason for the large vibration of the drill string caused by drilling in hard-rock, but also the main breakthrough point solving the vibration of the drill string. The paper comprehensively analyzes and demonstrates the problem of the drill string vibration in terms of the drill collar length, natural frequency, excitation source, the drill collar resonance, critical speed and the control of vibration. The results demonstrated are given by formulations in order to be applied to prmluction and practice by drilling engineers.
