摘要
电除尘器在水泥工业逐步失宠的客观缘由是:国家对水泥窑的粉尘排放标准进一步提高;窑的产量不断提高,处理烟气量增大;窑尾除尘系统发生变化;有的环保部门对电除尘器达标丧失信心;有些文章过分强调电除尘器的缺点。主观缘由是:设计参数选择过于冒进;除尘系统设计不合理;制造和安装质量欠佳;气流分布不合乎设计要求;未能充分发挥增湿塔的作用;高压电源装置性能差。建议按照"MEC"理念制定具体改造步骤,结合成熟技术进行,如:防止气流短路和改善气流分布;出口增设槽形板;采用移动式电极技术;采用高频高压电源;采用SO3对烟气进行调质。
The objective reasons for ESP falling intodisfavor gradually within cement industry are as follows:dust emission restriction for cement kiln systemrequested by the new state standard has become morestrictly; flow gas to be treated has increased due to kilnoutput raising up continuously; some changes havehappened for dedusting system at kiln inlet; certainmanaging departments of environment protection havelost confidence for meeting the requirement of emissionstandard by ESP; and some essays have overemphasizedthe shortcomings for ESP. The subjective reasons for thatconsist in: some selected design parameters arepremature advanced excessively; unreasonable designfor dedusting system; manufacture and installationquality is not good enough; gas distribution can notaccord with the design request; the function ofconditioning tower can not bring into full play; and poorperformance of HV electric power supplying devices etc.It is suggested that, following 'EMC ideology'(minimum explosible concentrations) and combinedwith matured technology, some particular renovationprograms can be worked out such as to prevent gas flowfrom short circuit, to improve gas flow distribution, toadd trough plate at outlet, to adopt movable electrodetechnique, to use high frequency HV power source, andto regulate the flue gas quality with SO3 etc.
