摘要
[目的]研究不同培养料配方对金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)菌丝生长、子实体产量及其经济效益的影响。[方法]利用青海产不同农作物秸秆设计8种培养料配方进行金针菇栽培试验。[结果]与CK比较,以小麦秸秆为主料的培养料发菌最快,以油菜秸秆为主料的培养料获得的产量及经济效益最高。[结论]采用油菜、小麦等农作物秸秆生产金针菇具有可行性。这不仅可以扩大食用菌栽培原料的范围,而且可以解决农作物秸秆焚烧造成的环境污染问题,还可变废为宝,降低食用菌生产栽培料成本,增加种植户的收益。
[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of different cultivation material formulas on eniki mushroom hypha growth,fruiting body yield and income.[Method]8 kinds of formulas were designed by using different crop stalks to carry out the mushroom cultivation experiment.[Result]Comparing with CK,eniki mushroom cultivated in the cultivation material that the main component was wheat stalk had the fastest hypha growth speed,and the fruiting body yield and income were the highest when it was cultivated in the cultivation material that the main component was rape stalk.[Conclusion]It is feasibility of using rape stalk and wheat stalk as cultivation materials to cultivate eniki mushroom,which not only expands the range of raw material using to cultivate edible fungi,but also solves the environmental pollution problems caused by burning crop stalks,in addition,makes full use of it to reduce the cost of edible fungi cultivation materials and increase the farmers income at the same time.
