摘要
设计一种适应性较广低成本的压电马达驱动电路,通过实验设计并制作出频率可调式小型化压电马达驱动控制电路,能够输出两双路电信号(相位差为90°)。驱动控制行波型压电马达,输出频率范围在0-58kHz,输出电压可以通过改变变压器的匝数比进行调节(100-200V)。通过实验证实了这种驱动电路能够满足压电马达驱动的要求。
