摘要
高压加热器是核电和火力发电厂机组热力系统中重要的承压设备,高压加热器在汽水参数较高、工况恶劣的状态下运行。因此,保证高压加热器的安全稳定运行,对于整个发电机组具有十分重要的意义,而高压加热器的结构设计是否符合有关标准,则是高压加热器能否安全稳定运行的前提。现分别采用压力容器的常规设计方法和分析设计方法,对高压加热器的主要受压部件管板进行设计,并做了详细的计算分析与比较。
As the pressure equipment,HP heater is an important one in the power units of nuclear power thermal power plant.The HP heater is always working in mal-condition with high steam-water parameters.To ensure a safe and stable operation for the HP heater is very important to the whole generator set.It is very important for safe operation to make sure if the structural design of HP heater conform to the related standard.In this paper,a detailed analysis and comparison of the calculation on the pressurized components-tube-sheet of HP heater have been carried out with conventional design and analysis methods for pressure vessel.
