摘要
采用双氰胺对壳聚糖(CTS)进行改性,合成了一种壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐(CGH),探讨了反应物摩尔比对合成产物的产率和颗粒电荷密度的影响,确定了最佳配比是壳聚糖:双氰胺=1∶3;利用红外光谱对CGH的结构进行了表征,确证壳聚糖中的–NH2发生了取代反应,CGH中含有胍基C=N.HCL基团。最后,将合成产物添加到浆料中,当添加壳聚糖:双氰胺=1∶3的CGH时,纸张的裂断长、耐折度、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别提高了43.88%、51.43%、36.33%和32.97%。
In this paper,chitosan biguanidine hydrochloride(CGH) was synthesized by chitosan with dicyandiamide as modifier.The influence factors of specific charge quantity and yields were discussed,the optimum molar ratio was obtained for chitosan: dicyandiamide=1∶3.The structure of CGH was characterized by FT-IR.Finally,the synthesized product was added to pulp.When the CGH of chitosan: dicyandiamide=1∶3 was added in pulp,the results showed that the breaking length,folding strength,tear index and burst index of paper were increased by 43.88%,51.43%,36.33% and 32.97%,respectively.
