摘要
应用现代可靠性分析方法,直接对系统的可靠性加以设计,可对配电系统或多条馈线的可靠性进行整体评估。通过巧妙和合理的工程设计方式,采用合理和灵活的网络结构和互联性,即使在系统负载率高、事故裕度小的条件下,配电系统仍可在最低费用的基础上实现可靠供电。介绍了现代可靠性分析的思路及配电系统可靠性预测分析的流程。重点介绍了配电系统常用的5种可靠性评估方法,简要介绍了基于可靠性电价的奖罚分析,最后给出了一个示例。
Applied with modern reliability analytical method, system reliability is directly designed that is able to assess the reliability as a whole of distribution system or multiple feeders. Through subtle and reasonable engineering designing method, using logical and flexible network structure and interconnection, the distribution system can still realize reliable power supply on the base of minimum cost even under the condition of high load rate and low margin accident rate of the system. The paper introduces modern reliability analytic method and procedure of reliability forecast for distribution system. 5 types of reliability assessment method which are often used in distribution system are emphatically described, a reward penalty analysis based on reliability pricing is briefed, an example is set at the end of article.
