摘要
利用29个微卫星标记对140只右玉边鸡进行遗传结构分析,采用方差分析法对右玉边鸡12,14周龄体质量与微卫星标记进行连锁分析。结果表明,各位点平均等位基因数为4.93,平均多态信息含量为0.516 8,平均期望杂合度为0.575 0。方差分析和多重比较显示:标记MCW0206,MCW0014,ADL0278,MCW0067,MCW0123,MCW0330,MCW0069,MCW0037,MCW0222和ADL0112同时对12,14周龄体质量具有显著或极显著的影响(P<0.05或P<0.01);标记MCW0034对12周龄体质量具有显著的影响(P<0.05),标记LEI0234,MCW0165对14周龄体质量具有显著的影响(P<0.05)。其中,MCW0014基因型为201/201的个体12,14周龄体质量的最小二乘均值都显著高于基因型为187/187,195/195的个体(P<0.05);MCW0037基因型为157/157,161/161的个体12,14周龄体质量的最小二乘均值显著高于基因型为157/161的个体(P<0.05);MCW0067基因型为187/187的个体14周龄体质量的最小二乘均值显著高于基因型为183/183,181/181的个体(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,标记MCW0014的基因型201/201和MCW0037的基因型157/157,161/161有望作为12,14周龄体质量的辅助标记;标记MCW0067的基因型187/187有望作为14周龄体质量的辅助标记。
We used 29 micro satellite DNA markers to estimate the genetic structure of 140 Youyu Bian chicken.The linkages between micro satellite DNA markers and body weight were analyzed using PROC GLM of SPSS 11.0 statistical software.The results showed that the average number of alleles was 4.93,the average polymorphism information content(PIC)was 0.516 8,and the average expected heterozygote frequency 0.575 0 in each site.The analysis of variance and multiple comparison showed that MCW0206,MCW0014,ADL0278,MCW0067,MCW0123,MCW0330,,MCW0037,MCW0222 and ADL0112 had significant or great significant(P0.05 or P0.01)influence to body weight of 12 weeks and 14 weeks of Youyu Bian chicken.The marker MCW0034 was markedly related with body weight of 12 weeks(P0.05),the markers LEI0234 and MCW0165 were markedly related with body weight of 12 weeks(P0.05).The genotype 201/201 of marker MCW0014,the genotype 157/157,161/161 of marker MCW0037 could be breeding genetic auxiliary markers to the body weight at 12 weeks and 14 weeks,the genotype187/187 of marker MCW0067 could be breeding genetic auxiliary markers to the body weight at 14 weeks.
