摘要
自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞是天然免疫系统的主要效应细胞,是机体三大类淋巴样细胞之一, 位于机体防御体系的第一道防线,具有广泛的生物学功能.NK细胞不需要预先刺激即可识别各种肿瘤细胞和病毒感染的细胞.
