摘要
本文将地理信息系统(GIS)技术和相应的评估模型应用到淮河流域气象服务效益评估中,以淮河流域气象灾害和气象服务效益评估模型为重点研究对象,用矢量图形直观地展现出流域中水系、设施、人文等的分布情况,形成了可视化图文并貌的评估界面,并且把空间分析、专题图设计、模拟分析等功能引入其中,旨在提高气象服务效益评估的信息化水平和辅助决策能力。
The paper applied GIS and evaluation models to the meteorological service benefit evaluation of Huaihe River Basin, took the meteorological disasters of Huaihe River Basin and meteorological service benefit evaluation models as the key study objects, intuitively demonstrated the distributed situation of the basin rivers, facilities, humanities and so on by using vector graphics, forming the visual assessment interfaces, and introduced the spatial analysis, thematic map design, simulation analysis and other functions to the system so as to enhance the information level and aided decision-making capability of meteorological service benefit evaluation.
