摘要 通过对现场条件的分析和研究,结合对称滑移和拔杆接力这两种钢梁安装方法的优点,提出了钢梁的非对称滑移安装方法;采用了可移动拔杆车、缆风杆的平行移动等技术,并对整个滑移过程进行有效的监控,解决了在不对称的滑移路线前提下的滑移难题;此项技术在重庆协信城项目中得以成功应用,具有安全可靠、降低成本、缩短工期等优点。 The authors put forward the asymmetric slip installation method of the steel beam through analysis and research of the field conditions,combining the merits of two steel beam installation methods of the symmetric slip and the pull rod relay method.This method used the technologies of the removable pull rod car and the parallel movement of cable pole and so on,had the effective monitoring of the whole slip process,and solved the slipping difficult problem under the premise of the asymmetric slipping route.This technology which has the merits of good safe reliability,reduction of cost and shorten time limit for a project has been applied successfully in the project of Chongqing Xiexin city and has high promotional value for the peer.
