摘要
目的:研究青龙衣中具有抗肿瘤活性的二芳基庚烷类成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和大孔吸附树脂等色谱方法对药材抗肿瘤活性部位即乙酸乙酯部位和氯仿部位进行目的性分离。结果:共分离得到5个二芳基庚烷类化合物。利用核磁共振波谱方法确定了化合物的结构,分别为1-(4'-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基-4″-羟基苯基)-4-烯-3-庚酮(I),1-(4'-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基-4″-羟基苯基)-5-甲氧基-3-庚酮(Ⅱ),1-(4'-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基苯基)-2-羟基-3',4″-环氧-3-庚酮(Ⅲ),4″-epoxy-1-(4'-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基苯基)-3',4″-环氧-3-庚醇(Ⅳ),galleon(V)。结论:其中化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ为首次从青龙衣中分离得到的线型二芳基庚烷类化合物。
Objective: To study the anticancer diarylheptanoids from Qinglongyi.Method: The chemical components from the EtOAc and CHCl3 extracts of the pericarps of Juglans mandsh-urica Maxim were isolated by chromatography with silica gel columns and AB-8 resin etc.For the obtainment of diarylheptanoids.Result: There are five compounds isolated which are 1-(4′-hydro-xyphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxyl-4″-hydroxyphenyl)-heptene-4-en-3-one(I),1-(4′-hydro-xyphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxyl-4″-hydroxyphenyl)-heptane-5-methoxyl-3-one(Ⅱ),3′,4″-epoxy-1-(4′-hydroxylphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxyl-phenyl)-heptane-2-hydroxy-3-one(Ⅲ),4″-epoxy-1-(4′-hydro-xyphenyl)-7-(3″-methoxylphenyl)-heptane-3-hydroxy(Ⅳ),galleon(V).Conclusion: Compound I,Ⅱ were linear diarylheptanoids isolated from Qinglongyi for the first time.
