摘要
在教师培训工作中由于很多培训都是强制性的,加上参培教师都是成年人,所以培训机构和任课老师往往会忽视对参培教师的学习心理的关注和研究。本文将通过对成人学习心理的研究,从而达到呼唤人们更加关注成人学习心理的作用。
A lot of the trainings are mandatory in teachers training, and most teachers are adults. Training institutions and instructors often neglect the attention and reach to the teachers' learning psychology. This article calls people pay more attention to the role of learning psychology of adult through the reach of learning psychology of adult.
