摘要
新时期,大学生就业权益遭受侵犯已很普遍,成为一种不和谐的因素,引起学校、家庭、社会各界的广泛关注。本文针对大学生就业权益遭受侵犯的现状,分析其原因,并提出大学生就业权益的主要内容,使大学生明确自己享有的就业权益,提高自身的就业法律素养,从而学会用法律武器维护自己的合法权益。
In the new period,college students＇ employment rights and interests are infringed, becoming a kind of unharmonious factor, the school, the family and the cause of social concern. This paper according to the college students＇ employment rights and interests are infringed, analyzes the causes of the present situation of university students＇ employment rights and interests, and puts forward the main content of the college students, make clear the employment rights and interests enjoyed themselves, improve their employment law, so as to learn to use the law quality weapons safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
