摘要
介绍了电动执行机构的应用情况及控制信号接线设计的有关问题、电动执行机构的主要技术参数和控制功能。结合具体应用对电动执行机构的电源及接线设计进行了阐述,并分析了采用电动执行机构内部电源模块供电和采用外部电源供电两种供电方式的优劣及选用原则,针对不同供电方式提供了接线实例。探讨了电动执行机构电源及接线在实际工程设计中应注意的事项。电动阀是大型石油石化生产装置的重要设备,应正确规范地进行电动执行机构控制信号的供电、接线设计。
This article introduces the application of Motor Operated Valve(MOV) actuator,the problems in its control unit wiring,as well as its main technical parameters and control functions.The powering and wiring design of MOV actuator are explained based on application examples,and the advantages,disadvantages and selection principles of two powering design methods,i.e.internal power and external power,are analyzed.Typical wiring diagrams are also given.Meanwhile,key points to be noted in powering and wiring design are discussed.MOV is an important device for large-scale refinery and petrochemical plant,so its control signal powering and wiring design should be performed correctly and carefully.
