烟草基因组学研究方法篇:5.烟草蛋白质组学研究方法和应用 被引量:2

摘要 蛋白质组(proteome)最初指细胞内全部蛋白质的存在及其活动方式,后引申指一个基因组编码的全部蛋白质。蛋白质组研究是生命科学研究进入后基因组时代的里程碑,也是后基因组时代生命科学研究的核心内容之一和功能基因组学研究的新兴学科、热点领域。蛋白质组学研究方法主要是基于蛋白质样品的分离、蛋白质的鉴定及蛋白质间的相互作用等技术。
