摘要
基于双层织物设计理念,分析了影响透视双层花呢透视效果的各种因素,具体涉及织物结构、纱线结构、色彩配置、表里层紧度比、接结纱的接结方式和纱线排列比环节,同时指出了生产该类产品应采取的质量控制措施,并用实例印证了诸因素对该类产品透视效果的影响。在明确了透视双层花呢设计思路的基础上,提出了透视因素的优化方案。
Based on the design idea of double fabrics, many factors affecting perspective appearance of double tweed are analyzed. These factors mainly include fabric weave, yarn structure, color match, tightness ratio of the exterior and the interior layers, stitching way and arranged ratio of stitching yarn. The measures to control the quality of this type of fabric are also pointed out. And perspective appearance is reflected with some examples. Thus a scheme to optimize the perspective appearance is proposed.
