摘要
目的:建立连翘醇溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱,为连翘质量控制提供理论依据。方法:对9批不同产地的连翘样品采用HPLC法进行指纹图谱的测定,选定8个共有峰,并使用SPSS17.0软件,对样品共有峰的峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积进行化学模式识别研究。结果:该色谱方法简便,且方法学验证均符合要求,以聚类分析和主成分分析法结合指纹图谱对药材质量作出评价,可表达药材的产地和储存时间信息。结论:通过本实验建立的HPLC方法和数据处理方法,可作为连翘药材的质量控制手段。
Objective:To establish alcohol-soluble components HPLC fingerprint of forsythia and provide a theoretical basis for quality control of forsythia.Method:Forsythia samples from nine different groups were determined by HPLC method of fingerprints,eight peaks were selected,and common peaks area and relative peaks area of forsythia samples were recognized by chemical pattern.Result:The chromatographic method was simple and its method validation met the Requirements. The valuation of cluster analysis and principal component analysis combined with fingerprinting can express the origin and storage time information.Conclusion:The methods of established HPLC and data processing can be used as a control tool of forsythia medicinal quality.
