摘要
目的:分析肠毒清口服液对全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)大鼠体质量及进食量的影响,探讨肠毒清口服液对SIRS的治疗作用。方法:将72只雄性SD大鼠随机分为9组(n=8)。用腹腔注射(ip)酵母多糖悬浊液(ZPS)制造SI RS模型(A组750 mg/kg,ZPS;B组1 000 mg/kg,ZPS),生理盐水组和模型A、B组用NS灌胃(i g),治疗组(A及B高、中、低剂量组)分别ig低、中、高剂量的肠毒清口服液。每天记录大鼠的体质量和进食量,并计算实验末各组大鼠死亡率。结果:各组(除NS组外)均出现一般状况的恶化情况,治疗组较轻;实验组大鼠体质量、进食量较NS组明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组随给药时间延长体质量和进食量有恢复的趋势,B中剂量和高剂量表现较为明显;B中高剂量与NS组死亡率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:中剂量和高剂量肠毒清口服液可能对酵母多糖所致的大鼠SIRS有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To analyze the effects of ChangDuQing oral liquid on body weight and food intake in rats with systemic inflammatory response syndrome and explore the efficacy of ChangDuQing oral liquid in the treatment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome. Method:72 male SD rats were randomly divided into nine groups(n= 8).An- imal model with SIRS was produced by intraperitoneal injection zymosan suspension(A group of 750 mg / kg,ZPS;B Group of 1000 mg/kg,ZPS).The control group and the model group were fed with NS;the treatment group was fed with low,medium and high doses of ChangDuQing oral liquid. The body weight and the food intake of rats were daily recorded,and the mortality of experimental rats was calculated.Result:Each of experimental group suffered deterioration in the general case,but the treatment group was less.Compared with NS group,the body weight and food intake of ex- perimental rats decreased,there was statistically significant(P〈0.05).With prolonged administration,the body weight and food intake have the trend of recovery in each of experimental group.The dose and high dose in B is more obvious. The mortality of the high dose group in B compared with NS,and there was not significant difference(P〉 0.05). Conclusion: The medium and high dose oral liquid have a protective effect for zymosan-induced rats with SIRS.
