摘要
目的比较球头硅胶管植入术、泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法搜集2006年01月至2011年05月于我科治疗的慢性泪囊炎患者67例,75眼,根据其治疗方法分为2组,A组37例40眼采用球头硅胶管植入术,B组30例35眼采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术,比较2组患者疗效。以术后患眼流泪症状消失或改善,泪道冲洗通畅为有效指标。随访时间为6个月。结果 A、B两组有效率差异有显著性。结论球头硅胶管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效优于泪囊鼻腔吻合术。
Objective To compare the ball silicone tube implantation, dacryocysto-rhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis treatment. Methods 67 patients （75 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis ccollected from January 2006 to May 2011 in our department were divided into two groups, group A of 37 patients （40 eyes） using the ball head silicone tube implant surgery, group B of 30 patients （35 eyes） using dacryocystorhinostomy, to compare the patients＇ effects between the two groups. The valid index included postoperatively disappeared or improved eye symptoms, and lacrimal patency. Follow-up period was 6 months. Results Group A and group B had significantly different efficiency. Conclusion Ball silicone tube implantation is more effective than dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis.
