摘要
目的探讨食道癌病人术后早期肠内营养的临床疗效。方法测定46例食道癌病人术后在第1和第7天的血清前白蛋白(PA)和转铁蛋白(TRF)水平。结果食道癌病人术后肠内营养第7天的PA和TRF水平比第1天明显升高(P<0.05)。结论食道癌病人术后早期实施肠内营养对术后机体正常代谢、恢复功能及减少术后并发症有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing and effect of early intestine nutrition to esophageal cancer patients after operation. Method To measure the PA and TRF level of 46 esophageal cancer patients on the first and seventh day after the operation. Result On the seventh day, the PA and TRF levels were higher than those of the first day (P 0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing and intestines nutrition is important to keep normal metabolism, accelerate physical recovery and reduce the chances of complications.
