针刺治疗对慢性疲劳综合征患者血促肾上腺皮质激素及皮质醇的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的以针灸气街理论为指导,观察针刺对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)患者血促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)及皮质醇(COR)水平的影响。方法将90例CFS患者随机分为观察组(45例)与对照组(45例)。观察组针刺人迎、风府、百会;对照组采用5%葡萄糖250mL加参麦注射液20mL静脉输注。比较两组治疗前后CFS患者ACTH及COR水平变化,并进行统计学分析。结果两组患者ACTH及COR水平均有上升,治疗后观察组血ATCH为(51.08±24.29)pg/mL、COR(336.86±242.72)pg/mL,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗能提高气阴两虚型CFS患者血ATCH、COR水平,治疗效果明显优于参麦注射液。 Objective To observe the level of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH) and cortisol(COR) in the patients(pts) with chronic fatigue syndrome who were treated with acupuncture treatment based on the Qijie(the pathway of qi) theory.Methods Ninety pts with chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into observation group(n=45) treated with acupuncture at Renying(人迎 ST 9),Fengfu(风府 GV 16),and Baihui(百会 GV 20),and control group(n=45) treated with 250 mL 5% glucose and 20 mL Shenmai injection.The levels of ACTH and COR were compared in two groups before and after treatment.Results The levels of ACTH and COR were increased after treatment.The levels of ACTH and COR in observation group were higher than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture treatment and Shenmai injection could elevate the level of ACTH and COR in pts with qi-yin deficiency syndrome.The effect of acupuncture based on guidance of Qijie theory is obviously superior to that of Shenmai injection.
