摘要
作为GIS空间信息的重要组成元素之一,多媒体信息由于存储信息量大,表现直观,在信息表达上发挥着重要作用。在GIS系统中如何有效存储和管理多媒体信息,成为众多GIS平台软件要解决的关键问题之一。文章探讨了几种常见的多媒体信息存储管理方法的机制与特点,并对其进行了对比研究,分析了不同存储管理方法的优缺点,为GIS工程实施过程中对多媒体信息的存储与管理提供了实际指导。
As a major element of GIS spatial information,multi-media information has been playing an important role in the information expression for large storage volume and shown visually.How to effectively storage and manage multimedia information is a key problem which many GIS platform software need to solve.In article,several common mechanisms and characteristics of multi-media storage information management method are discussed,comparative studies are developed,the advantages and disadvantages of different storage management methods are analyzed.All that provides practical guidance for the multimedia information storage and management in the implementation of GIS projects.
